Electric food or plate warming. Holds 17 full size aluminum bun pans/transit trays (18” x 26”) with 3” spacing (Trays not included). 150 to 170-degree adjustable heat. Controls for humidity, temperature & proofing. Casters & brakes with clear lexan door and latch.
