The Grand Reveal
A tunnel draped in flowing chiffon creates a moment of awe as guests enter the reception space. The soft movement of the fabric, combined with coastal views and evening light, sets the stage for a truly unforgettable reveal.
Elevated Ambiance, Naturally Inspired
Inside the Maxi Clear Structure Tent, chiffon fabric is thoughtfully layered throughout — from ceiling swags to perimeter draping — creating a romantic, ethereal environment. The continuity of the blonde wood flooring adds warmth and cohesion, enhancing the organic elegance of the evening.

We were honored to help bring the wedding of Alexia Umansky, daughter of reality icons Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky, and Jake Zingerman to life — a heartfelt, high-style celebration that beautifully reflected the couple’s love story. Featured in PEOPLE Magazine, this event seamlessly blended timeless elegance with thoughtful, personal design.
The ceremony began with an intimate “I do” moment atop our custom-fabricated platform, framed by perfectly aligned Bentwood Thonet Chairs in Walnut. Guests then moved into an enchanting open-air reception, where rustic-meets-modern tablescapes featured Cambria Chairs in natural linen and driftwood, etched Barca Glassware, Flora Bella dinnerware, Marcella Gold flatware, and Velluto napkins in Pink Quartz.
As the evening continued, bistro string lights created a warm, romantic glow for a night of dinner, dancing, and celebration under the stars — a fairytale brought to life with precision and heart.

Our team brought a bold vision to life at The Wigwam Resort in Arizona, installing a remarkable Speakeasy and Garden-themed event across two custom-structured tents. The evening began with an elegant garden dinner under the Atrium Tent, where lush florals, custom arbors, and curated tablescapes set a sophisticated scene. After dinner, guests entered a hidden Speakeasy through a custom-fabricated phone booth, stepping into a warm, intimate lounge complete with brick-lined walls, rich wood-look flooring, and vintage-inspired furnishings.
From structural fabrication and intricate flooring to bespoke décor and immersive transitions, this event showcased our ability to transform spaces into unforgettable experiences—layering craftsmanship, creativity, and seamless execution at every step.

Town & Country Event Rentals proudly supported a premier fundraising gala at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, providing full event infrastructure and design expertise for this high-profile evening. A custom A-Frame Structure Tent (100' x 160') was installed with crane precision to navigate complex site constraints, paired with a scaffold subfloor and plush carpeting to create a refined, sophisticated ambiance. Auxiliary frame tents housed the cocktail reception, check-in, green rooms, and a fully equipped off-site kitchen, ensuring seamless service for over 800 guests.
Our comprehensive rentals included tailored dining, lounge, and tabletop collections, all selected to complement the gala’s elevated aesthetic. Private green rooms were designed for international celebrity guests, while a meticulously planned layout optimized guest flow, lounge experiences, and photo backdrops. Every detail, from structure to styling, reinforced the evening’s mission — creating an unforgettable celebration dedicated to making a meaningful difference.

For the Blue Diamond Gala at Dodger Stadium, Town & Country Event Rentals delivered the infrastructure, furnishings, and support that helped elevate this premier fundraising event. We provided a custom 132' x 500' structured tent to house the gala’s main festivities, along with auxiliary tents for guest services, green rooms, and full-scale kitchen operations. Our installation process, spanning over eight days, showcased the precision and scale required for an event of this magnitude.
Inside, our premium Inez Black Chairs, Lazio Dining Tables, and carefully curated tabletop collections set the tone for a polished, elegant evening. Extensive catering support — from kitchen tents to specialized cooking and refrigeration equipment — ensured seamless behind-the-scenes execution. From large-scale structures to refined dining environments, our extensive inventory and production expertise created a setting that matched the Gala’s mission and prestige.

At Hotel Figueroa in Los Angeles, Town & Country Event Rentals transformed a poolside setting into a show-stopping event space with a custom plexiglass pool cover. Designed to create the illusion of "dancing over water," the precision-engineered plexiglass panels extended the venue footprint and offered a striking centerpiece for both cocktail hour and a lively after-party. Luxurious lounge areas surrounded the transparent platform, featuring Theo Gold Stools, Cambria Highboys, Translucent Stand-Up Tables, and a Translucent Bar to enhance the event’s elevated, celebratory ambiance.
This visually stunning installation not only maximized event space but also delivered a memorable guest experience, blending sophisticated design with seamless functionality. From custom fabrication to curated furnishings, every detail supported the evening’s success and contributed to an unforgettable night for a cause.
