Renters Must
Be at least
twenty-one years old.
Sign a release of liability.
Provide positive drivers license
identification.
Make a $900
security deposit per snowmobile (cash or processed credit card). NO
DEBIT CARDS please! Card holders name MUST be the same as the
drivers license.
Be 100% responsible for the safe and
proper operation of his/her snowmobile.
Tread lightly on public and private land.

*Sleds must be returned by 4:30 PM or an additional $25.00 per hour late fee will be charged!
YOU SUPPLY...warm riding suit, boots & winter gloves.
WE SUPPLY...a full face helmet, trail map orientation, snowmobile operating basics, safety & trail etiquette.
ALL SNOWMOBILES WILL LEAVE WITH THE GAS & OIL FULL. GAS WILL BE FILLED AT RENTERS EXPENSE UPON RETURN.

Snowmobile Rental Terms
ADVANCE RESERVATIONS for weekends and / or school vacations require a $25.00 deposit per snowmobile that is refundable ONLY on cancellations made at least one week before the rental date...or for poor snow conditions/inclement weather @ Town & Country's discretion. Cancellations made the day of the rental will forfeit the $25.00 deposit.
A DEPOSIT will hold a reservation PAST the reserved rental time for the only the length of time the deposit represents. LATE ARRIVALS will sacrifice the riding time they are late.
A NINE HUNDRED DOLLAR security deposit PER SNOWMOBILE (cash or fully processed credit card ~ NO DEBIT CARDS) is required in ADDITION TO advance payment of rental fee. SECURITY DEPOSIT is FULLY REFUNDABLE upon safe return of the rented snowmobile.
RENTER (whether the driver or not) is 100% responsible for the safe and proper operation of his/her snowmobile...AND...the timely return of his/her snowmobile undamaged.
ANY RENTERS demonstrating unruly behavior will be denied services and will be ordered to leave immediately, without refund or compensation.
